What are True Friends compared to Best Friends?
If you have been wondering the same as I am, then the question is yet been answered.
Everybody says that they have best friends that support them no matter what.
But several people know that true friends are way more supportive in their lives.
But What? What exactly is the point of having these two very different terms compared to each other?
Well . . . There is a point, and that is when you have a friend, a very special friend, you call a best friend or your best buddy. You even tell secrets to one another as a reminder that this person trusts you more than anyone. But have you ever noticed or observed, that every time you turn your back to your "Best Friend". you've always regretted your decision or you've always doubted your choice? Many rumors have been floating in midair. Saying that Best Friends are just the same as "backstabbers" who shows his/her true self in the shadows.
I've experienced the same thing, having a best friend to tell your secrets with, but you just don't know that there are already hundreds of people that she or he have told. Having a best friend to go with during break or recess, having a best friend to go home with after school or even having one to copy your assignments from. But you just really didn't keep in mind, that he or she will always leave you afterwards when the time comes. You're like just. . . afraid to admit that she is not the kind of friend that will always back you up when you're facing difficult tasks in life. Oftentimes, best friends are also influential when it comes to social environment, swearing in front of your elders 'cause your best friend encouraged you to, cigarette smoking in front of the school premises because your best friend told you to or even can be doing drugs where your family won't see you because your best friend said "it's good". Having a best friend can be best, but you just don't know that there are some that isn't that beneficial to the way you live your life.
But what is a True Friend? What is his/her role in your life as a special someone to you?
I have a true friend and I am proud, very-very proud of what i have.
Whenever I feel sad or down, she'll console or comfort me. She even makes jokes in times of difficulties. But sometimes we do have fights, but we get over it because we know we understand each other better. We know better than we are.
Having a true friend like her?? It is the best, and she IS true, to me and to herself.
Having to coincidentally meeting her in my life, was the furthermost greatest thing I've ever encountered. Sometimes I ask myself... Who is this girl?? How did I meet her? Why did I meet this wonderful extraordinary girl in my life? Maybe True friendship has finally found me. But no matter the circumstances we are currently on, we'll face each others' problems because I am desperate of having our relationship stable as possible :)
